I brew my Englih ale for the hokie home brew yeast experiment WLP – 05 British ale starting gravity level is 1.052 and is fermenting nicely now…lots of action and no starter culture…straight from the tube…first try with my new conical fermenter….I like it so far.. looks like secondary is going to be very easy………
